A stranger, in your house?
Here's what you need to know.

  • The artist Every artist is identity-checked and vetted on their portfolio. You see their work and choose to accept, or not.
  • The stay Dates come from you: the gaps you choose to offer. Every residency is agreed in writing, with house rules attached. Your existing holiday-let cover applies. Most hosts simply process the stay as a £0 booking.
  • The painting You approve the image before the wall print is ordered. If it isn't right for your walls, nothing is printed and nobody owes anybody anything.
  • The money 25% of the margin on every print sold from your wall, 10% on originals and commissions, paid monthly. And first refusal on the original itself, at list price.
  • The effort Printing, framing, shipping of edition prints, payments, customer service: all ours. Your part is two approvals and one picture hook. You never handle a guest parcel.
What arrives at your house
  • A framed edition (N° 01 of 75) to house spec · black frame, snow white mount, Perspex glaze (or the finish that fits the house)
  • Security fittings and a paper hanging template · level in five minutes
  • The gallery plaque on thick museum board: title, artist, coordinates, QR
  • A line for your listing: "Original art, painted here in residence"

The stay
