STEP 01 — THE RESIDENCY

An artist comes to stay

Hosts offer dates that would otherwise sit empty. Artists browse the houses, hosts browse the artists, and either side can request a stay. A vetted artist stays a few nights and paints the place.

STEP 02 — THE FIRST EDITION

Edition N° 01 hangs

A framed first edition hangs on the host's wall with a plaque. The original stays with the artist and can be bought through the work's page.

Guests take it home

A scan opens the work's page. Professional prints ship framed to any door; some commission the view from their own window. Artist and host share every sale.

Paint somewhere worth painting. Stay for free.

A residency without the application essay. Stay a few nights in houses worth painting, leave one finished work, and earn from it for years.

  • StayFree accommodation in properties worth £700–£3,500 a week. You bring the kit; the view is provided.
  • Earn45% of print margin, 70% on originals and commissions, paid monthly.
  • KeepYour copyright stays yours. We licence reproduction; you keep the original itself, to sell through us at 70%.
